You can now see a health coach (Rachel) at the surgery. With Rachel you can have up to 6 sessions of 45 minutes, where you have the time and opportunity to talk about how you might be coping, and to get support with managing your condition and the impact it might have emotionally and practically. These sessions aren’t counselling, but a chance to set some goals with the help of our self-management coach here in Littledown Surgery.
You can book an appointment by ringing Reception, or click here for some further information.”
